Hopscotch writes, "Enjoy some spooky stories with local author Rebecca Grabill this Hallloween! She'll be sharing her first book, Good Night Halloween (and you can enter to win a signed copy).
Costumes are welcome - come show us your Halloween best! We'll have a special Halloween craft and some sweet fall treats, too."

Join me for all the autumn fun you can manage at Robinette's Apple Haus! I'll be signing my book, Halloween Good Night (with some giveaways, too!), and while you're there enjoy all that Robinette's has to offer. Everything from apples and cider and donuts to a corn maze and hayrides!
I'll be in the gift barn, downstairs where there's also wine, fabulous Michigan finds, and treasures galore.
Check out the event page at Robinette's website!
Join me Saturday, September 16th to celebrate the release of my first book! Halloween Good Night from Atheneum Books for Young Readers is making its debut this fall and we're going to welcome it into the world with a Howling good time. Come for food, favors, give-aways, and all sorts of ghoulish fun, including a reading and your first opportunity to get your copy signed! Bring your own book or purchase at the shop.
What you can expect: Time to mingle, browse the shop, meet and greet the author, books signing, and an activity for the kids! We'll have a reading by the author followed by a brief Q and A (curious about publishing? How long does it take to make a picture book? What's a Globster?!). Delicious snacks. Door prizes. And FUN!
Hopscotch Children's Store is located near downtown Grand Rapids, on Cherry street. Ample parking is available on the street with a few spots behind the store. Hopscotch is also close to GR favorites like Brick Road Pizza, Electric Cheetah, Erb Thai, Brewry Vivant, and more.
